sorry, email address still can NOT be fixed

on the page "https://x10hosting.com/control/?account&contact" my contact email is for "alltel". Alltel no longer exists, and needs to be changed to "windstream". When I attempt to change it, I get the error message "The email address supplied is already in use." I tried to change it just now, and copy/pasted the error message.
What should we do?
