When I try adding a CNAME record, I get "Unable to find SOA record" and using the Advanced DNS Zone editor, I end up with "Failed to fetch zone file". I don't know what these errors mean but when I go to my domain name (CftxP.net) I see the initial webpage from the domain name provider that I made right when I signed up and before I changed the name servers to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com. I only bought the domain just around 30 hours ago and changed the name servers around 24 hours ago so I'm wondering if this is just something to do with DNS propagation or if there's some other underlying issue.
