I'm currently trying to enable sourcebans onto my Garry's Mod server through x10Hosting, but it seems that the source port 27015 aren't open on both UDP and TCP, causeing sourcebans to error. Is there any way to allow these ports through my service?

a. They will not open those ports. No exceptions.
b. Not sure if running such a server or script is in compliance with x10's TOS and AUP anyway.

This would affect performance on shared hosting as it's a continuously running script so this is not allowed (as stated above).
If you're wanting to have this gaming server then you can use a VPS (X10VPS). I don't think X10 offers a dedicated server.
EDIT: After looking at X10Premium, it seems that you can get one but it's pretty expensive and I'm not kidding.
