when i open my site it says recourse limit hit. but i thought that it was unlimited what are the options that i have or what should i do please so that i do not get suspended again and what is CPU ? please help and know it also says server error this is the website: http://mosfli.x10.mx/

The Resource Limit refers to CPU and/or RAM usage on the server. The suspensions for High Resource Usage should be lifted over time (typically an hour) but the best way to cut down on them is to ensure your scripts are not performing unneeded operations. This includes plug-ins that are coded poorly, or are performing too many functions to accomplish a task. On a Free Service, these things need to be kept in mind to not only ensure the speed and availability of your website, but also the speed and availability of others.

Unfortunately it seems your account has fallen under a suspension for a Terms of Service violation, so from here I'd have to say that's it.
