Spam Assassin

Hi - I'm possibly completely blind, but I can't find the Spam Assassin settings in Cpanel. I'm looking in the Account Level Filtering and the 'hints' suggest I can set it up here, but it isn't in the drop-down menus. Is it somewhere else or does it not actually exist on the ad-enhanced free plans?

Spam Assassin is not enabled on the free accounts, it uses up too much resources to be enabled for thousands of email accounts
