I wasn't able to log into my control panel, so I checked up on my status and found I was suspended due to inactivity. I do understand that your supose to log in at least once every two weeks. Sorry I guess I just forgot to check up and such.

I'm curious of what I can do to get my account unsuspended. I don't have a lot of x10Cash, so It looks like I need to wait till my suspension time is up?

Thanks, when I go to my account (x10hosting.com/account) it says Im unsuspended, but when I go to my website, it still says Im suspended and I cannot log into my control pannel.

We do apologize for this.
Seems to just be a glitch in the suspension script, that happens from time to time. I have bumped this to Level Two to request a staff member to resolve this.
