Hi, I need some help getting my e-mails sent to the recipients' inbox as opposed to junk/spam folder.
I created an SPF record, but I dont know what to do with it. Do I need to approve my sending IP? I am using Mozilla thunderbird to send and recieve e-mails. Outgoing mail servers I've used are mail.; hotmail, gmail, bell.ca, venutech.ca, x10hosting.com.

The e-mail I am trying to use is admin@venutech.ca, and would require it to not be marked as spam. I would also like to use security using mail.x10hosting.com, but it is not working for me. I've tried authenticating it with a password, but it says the password is incorrect. Same goes for sending from info@venutech.x10.mx. Again, I'm using mozilla thunderbird.
