Sponsoredreviews.com can't crawl/visit on my site

I had a talk with the admins of Sponsoredreviews.com why is there any error whenever I submit a posts on their system and always generate and error, till they found out that the problem is not with them but with my web host. Any solution for this? I mean, they said that my admin is not allowing sponsoredreviews.com to crawl and or visit my site, with their web spiders.

We don't block anyone from viewing sites...
If they open more then 100 connections to the site they get temp banned
