Sporadic Loading-Reponse Problems

I am using the package supported by a text ad.

When loading any page related to this site (including cPanel as well as site pages), once in awhile there will be a complete connection problem. The browser will spend several minutes trying to connect and, eventually, give up and display a connection error message.

Also, during these annoying periods of downtime, I get this message when logging in at x10hosting.com:

Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Help is greatly appreciated, as several people have been complaining to me about this error.

Your site loads fine for me. Check if you still get the errors again.

Thank you, but I mean to say that the site loads well most of the time and doesn't load at all the rest of the time. You caught it at a good time. The problem still exists, as it just now happened to me again.

We've just merged the server you are on with another one as we start getting ready for the new version of x10. We're working on making it more stable.

When we open the new version of x10 users will only be able to get on this server by request making it by far the most stable.
