sql database help

im having trouble figuring out how to load data into my sql database. i just cant find out where to do it...

i know that, but im confused on how i do it, ive gone to the databases and it doesnt give me the option to upload data

i made my database where do i go to upload data is it a url or what?

Go to phpmyadmin and click on import... Then locate your database. Your Database will upload......enjoy

i assume you mean http://localhost/phpmyadmin/ if so its not working

it says Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at localhost.

go in ur cpanel there is the link of phpmyadmin/....
