SQL Database issue

hi everybody
i just registeres for a free hosting
and i cant create a database at all
doen anyone knows why i cant create one?
is it possible that free users cant really create databases? so in that case i cant really test and pharcahse a full registered package

Free users can create databases. Me, I have the ad-free package and I can create up to 3 databases. You'd be able to create more on the ab-based packages. Otherwise, you may not be able to create the databases because of the server maintenance. Check the server announcements forum for any updates on MySQL, and keep trying until the database is created .

You are on the static plan. That does not have mysql databases, you will either have to switch to the ad-free, advance, or corporate plan.
