sql database problem

hello, i was trying to access a database i created using a php forum then a got this message "#1129 - Host 'int.starka.x10hosting.com' is blocked because of many connection errors; unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts'" then i tried with the phpMyAdmin in cPanel but it´s the same message, what can i do? thanks

There are currently errors on Starka as shown by the many threads about this. The MySQL server is most likely being worked on and should return soon. The only thing I recommend doing right now is just to be patient. I'm sure it will be back and restored as soon as possible.
