I have some issues with installing a software. I deleted the file then recreate another one. Is there a lag of time before the database could be used ???

Thank you
Edit:
Unable to select database

We were able to connect to the MySQL database server (which means your username and password are okay) but not able to select the database.
The MySQL error was: Access denied for user 'holeepas_boss'@'localhost' to database 'holeepas_earthsmate'.

Got this message. I have deleted this database though and recreated earthsmate .. so what is going on ? why cannot I access the newer created database ???

Thanks

Did you add the user 'holeepas_boss' to that database?

Hello there,

Did you add the user 'holeepas_boss' to that database?

Just in case you're not clear with what the manes, users have to be granted access to a database before they can actually access it. You can assign a user to a database to allow this in the MySQL section of cPanel. near the bottom of the page will be a section called 'Add user to database' or something similar, use this to add the user.
