SQL Databases deleted after upgrade

Hi,
After the recent upgrade, both my SQL databases have been deleted . As a result of which My sites ( wordpress) are not working. This is really important for me as I have 2 businesses to run
Can anyone please tell me what to do? I would really appreciate it.

The new MySQL server has been setup and is ready. I will be transferring one server at a time over. MySQL on your server will temporarily go down during this process to prevent any data loss.

We will be doing this in alphabetical order except for Absolut which will be last.

I will be starting Boru in about 10 minutes and will update here when I finish and when I start on the next server.
