SQL errors and unable to access cpanel

Hi Support Team,

Have just tried to access starclass.x10hosting.com and receive "Database Error: Unable to connect to the database:Could not connect to MySQL"

Have then tried to access starclass.x10hosting.com/cpanel and receive the x10 error "The page you requested is not available, please try again in a few minutes. Alternatively you can use the form below to find what you are looking for."

Can this please be looked into?

Try to access cPanel from:

http://starclass.x10hosting.com:2082/ or http://fris.x10hosting.com:2082/

Database Error:

Go cPanel
Click in Remote MySQL
Add int.fris.x10hosting.com 69.175.6.94

Perfect, all working now.

Will the port now need to be added to the cpanel url permanently now, or is this just temporary?
