SQL File injection.

I have a SQL database file which is 6.02 MB. MyPHPAdmin only allows a max of 2 MB uploads. Can I send the file to a admin, so He/She can manually inject the file in for me? Thanks.

Upload it somewhere and PM me the URL to the file. If I need to know the database that it should go in let me know that as well.
