SQL Guestbook database deleted and cant connect to phpMyAdmin

My Guestbook database has been removed just as I was about to make my page go live and also now cant connect to phpMyAdmin to setup a new database.

phpMyAdmin - Error

#2002 - The server is not responding (or the local MySQL server's socket is not correctly configured)

Your server absolut is migrating to new server fris. Looks like MYSQL server is offline due to migrations.
