SQL Host

Hey guys.
Im running a craftbukkit minecraft 1.5.2 server.
I want to install this plugin: http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/ban-management/
But, i don't know what is the SQL Host.
it can't be 'localhost' cuz, the minecraft server isn't hosted on x10hosting.
Can someone tell me what SQL Host is?
