It is showing that it is offline because of a firewall issue. If Brandon hasn't fixed it already, he is working on it.

I just fixed it with a "quick fix" for now, excluding MySQL from the array from the "port check" and fetching it from a remote server, so it should be all set now.

You have to wait for 4 days, then post in the Suspended section, then wait for an AM to unsuspend your account.

Once that happens, then you will be able to access your FTP again
