SQL Username & password help needed

i am trying to install ipb but it asks for SQL Username & SQL password can someone please help whats my username and password and where can i find that in database i am tottly new so kindly try to explain step by step

You can just use scripts library in your Cpanel to install it as it is alreddy there.

EDIT : i got that but its same problem with this it say "

hmm.. what plan hosting you choose...? static..? if thats true, first you must upgrade the plan to advanced plan by asking in the upgrade threads forum (dont forget to use the request template).

Because static plan have no mysql database
