#2002 - The server is not responding (or the local MySQL server's socket is not correctly configured)

I am not helping you, just saying another side of the same error. And the account summary says it is up

the phpMyAdmin Didn't Open i can not open it that is appear when i open my site

and when i open the phpmyadmin it say
