my account was suspended due high cpu usage,
my question is, if i buy prime package ,would this be enough cpu power for my needs?

As far as I know,Prime is same as free hosting in case of the server resources.
Please see what X10 offers here
But I think going to prime has its own advantages as the Prime Member forum access, support request preferences etc.
Illuminated as shown above has a better set of resources.I think you analyze the site requirements and carefully plan.

That is incorrect.
As per this page: http://x10hosting.com/forums/payments.php prime doubles the server resource available to you. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that that will solve any resource usage issues you have.
