how Do We Get SSH Enabled On Our account?

i don't think we have a shell account on the server... i think we have a virtual account in thier ftp server and cpananel... and I don't think they would give us shell access... although it would be nice to fix problems on our own as they come up

No, they don't give ssh access. It's a free host. Just curious, why would you need ssh?
