SSL-Explorer Error 404

I installed wordpress in my account under /blog
the address is wc3pro.x10hosting.com/blog

The blog works fine for the past few hours and suddenly after you had reboot your system or whatever , i getting errors like this

404 - Not Found
The requested resource could not be located. Check the following :-

1. If you typed in the URL by hand, then make you sure have typed in the correct address.
2. If the request was as part of a Web Forward, then this error may be the result of your SSL-Explorer timing out. Close this window and try logging on again.

This issue has been resolved. As the sites seem to be back to normal working order.
