Yes Shared SSL is available for Free users. You can access your Shared SSL at http://servername.x10hosting.com/~cpanelusername/

Replace server name and cpanel username with yours.

It is not listed in cPanel.

It is not account-specific SSL, each account/domain would need a separate IP, and IPs cost money. Instead, there is a single shared SSL for all the accounts on one server.
