Hey, I was trying to get an SSL cert for my site. However when i was going through the process it said "use this command" and told me some command to generate public + private keys. Can i give the server commands? If not would an admin be able to help me set up SSL?

You need a dedicated IP for a SSL certificate. You'll only be able to do that with a paid account or VPS.
