Standard CRON Manager - What time zone ?

Hello,
Just a quick question about setting the time a CRON job is to start.

I'm setting the CRON job with the standard CRON manager but what timezone do the times apply to ? I'm in GMT time zone but I assume the server operates on the time in it's own zone, or are the times set using the manager GMT ?

The servers use New York Time which is GMT -5
