Hi, I've been trying to upload files using FTP, and everything seems fine when logging in until it reaches this (I use Filezilla):

Code:
Command:	PASV
Response:	227 Entering Passive Mode (69,175,120,122,132,140)
Command:	MLSD
Error:	Connection timed out
Error:	Failed to retrieve directory listing

I can log into cPanel just fine, but I can't access my files on the web (it redirects to http://staff.x10hosting.com/default.web.page/) and displays error message:

Server Error
There has been a server error. Please try again momentarily.
If the issue persists, create a support ticket.

Could you please check it out? My hosting account is mcmc (www.mcmc.co.cc) on Starka.

Thanks

It doesn't work. Because I use Cloudflare and when going to www.mcmc.co.cc, it's actually Cloudflare's cached version of the website.

If I use http://direct.mcmc.co.cc (that bypasses Cloudflare), it redirects to the x10hosting error page

Also, I still cannot access FTP for my site. This is the entire log when trying to log into FTP using Filezilla, as I usually do:

I figured out the problem, I used regular FTP instead of explicit FTP over TLS and can now access my directories. However, only a few days ago I was using FTP over explicit TLS and it worked just fine. Is this a supported feature?
