Starka has been slow for a long time now... My site is near inaccessible more than 70% of the time and when the page loads the templates/themes are excluded.

What's going on?

EDIT:
Furthermore, SQL is being PATHETIC and losing connection half way through basic requests.
Since I have joined I have had perhaps 60-70% uptime, if that. If you are providing free hosting, surely the idea is that it's online and working?

Your site is up and working just fine for me. Very fast and I don't see any errors or issues.
The servers tend to receive allot of abuse which may cause speed issues sometimes. This just comes with the territory and any large free hosting tends to have this issue.

Additionally, the free servers are professionally monitored, i think an admin said they were at 99.8% uptime for the past month.
