Starter guid ?

I am new to web hosting and would to have some starter guid doc to find out the following information:

1. How to access mySql database.
2. How to create a simple page.

You should of received an email with information about your account.

1. You can create databases inside cPanel.
2. You need to create the page and upload via FileManager or FTP.
