I run a static HTML site with a static HTML blog. I currently use the host "X10Hosting" on the free plan and I'm thinking about moving to Neocities on their supporter plan. Neocities is only for Static HTML hosting (no PHP) but their caching is very fast, and I like their profile system. Plus their pro plan gives me unlimited Neocities websites.
