i already figured out why. im planning to get IPB this december but for me to get it i need to get donations from my friends to pay for the 149.99 license which i cant pay right now. thats why i like IPB better bc its easier to work with and stuff. if i did get unsuspended ill prob have to use phpbb 2.0 or 3.0 until i can afford for a license. so im really really sorry
