I opened a thread in the free hosting support forum on 3/8/2010 at 10:21 AM (see http://x10hosting.com/forums/free-hosting/113977-cannot-access-site-cpanel-mikebro-x10hosting-com.html)
I could not log into my account at http://x10hosting.com/. Nor could I access my site at mikebro.x10hosting.com or cpanel at mikebro.x10hosting.com. My browser would always report "Unable to connect".
Now I can log into my account at http://x10hosting.com/control?, but when I click on the Hosting link at the top of the page I see "You currently do not have a free web hosting account under your x10Hosting client account."
In the thread I referenced at the top of the message, ~Boss indicated that he had passed along my problem to "staff" and that staff would get back to me soon.
As I look at the forum, it seems like things are very busy. ;-) I know there's a lot going on; I just wanted to make sure that I hadn't been forgotten....
