Still can't access cpanel

I have still not been able to access my cpanel. I signed up a couple of weeks ago. My url is www.dmlea.co.uk and the cpanel www.dmlea.co.uk:2082 but both of these are coming up with a page reading "This program cannot display the webpage". I was previously able to get to the main site (with no content) but today it is not coming up. I have also tried after disabling my firewall.

My username is greendoor.

I would appreciate any help.

I get the same problem. Can you please see if you can access your cPanel account from this URL instead? Please post back to let us know whether this works or not. http://absolut.x10hosting.com:2082/
