Still cant get to my account.

Sorry if this issue has already been addressed in another thread.

2days ago i could logon to my account via cPanel, and via the x10 website.
Yesterday i couldnt logon to either, my site was 404
today i get the cPanel logon box, but unable to logon.
and on the x10 site i get this

An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue.

Any advice?

Yeppers, im using that username. I think there maybe an issue trying to connect through the proxy at work. I shall try when i get home in a few hours.

Even still, i should be able to download this file i had stored on my webspace.

but the domain isnt valid.
