Still getting error message

Hi
I am still getting this error when trying to access the Website :-"Link to database cannot be established"
Have tried all of the following :-
When you log onto cPanel, try to use PHPMyAdmin. If you can, that indicates your Remote Hosts seem to be set properly. (All ok)

Then try cPanel --> MySQL Databases , remove the user from your database and then add back with ALL PRIVILEGES. (DONE)
If that does not work, try deleting the user entirely and recreating him and readding to the database. (DONE)

Still not working?

I have deleted, recreated, and reassigned the 'presta' user. Your site now loads for me.
