After yesterday I thought things were sorted out - IE linked tlg-clan.co.uk to tlg.exofire.net no problem, but fire fox didn't - today, IE no longer links up, cleared out the PC, early spring clean, no cookies, no temp web pages no nothing - just keep getting that bleeding cPanel/Apache blue screen page up, tested on another comp, friends and clan members get the same thing... I'm getting frustrated now.

The ip addresses at my domain point to 70.87.51.251 & 74.86.117.243 are these the correct IP's pointing to x10hosting?

The domain tlg-clan.co.uk is parked in cPanel and redirects to tlg.exofire.net with or without www permanently.

Web files are in the www and public_html folders in the files manager.

Please explain to me what I'm doing wrong and correct me if I'm wrong in the way things are set up, but this is getting beyond, my former host listed IP's required clearly and only required one place to enter my domain name and it worked, no spring cleaning required - it was simple and basic like me, I understand you offer far more options and control here, but perhaps you could consider doing a dummies section for simple basic set up for dummies?

The two IPs that you're talking about. Those are the nameserver IPs, if you are setting your domain up to use the nameservers that is fine. If you are just pointing it, you only want to use one IP. That IP is:74.86.116.187

It requires two IP's one for www and the other for mail, won't let me update settings if the field is empty and needs a valid IP address - and I do believe this is one IP I tried before...

If it's looking for www and mail you should use the IP I just gave you. The nameserver IPs which you were using should only be used if you are setting a NS DNS entry.

Okay thanks, the IP has been put into both www and mail fields, that clears that bit up. Now apart from that have you spotted anything else wrong with the set up of this account, I just don't want to keep seeing that blue cPanel page instead of the site when clicking the domain link in my browser? Thanks...

Do you have the domain in question parked or added-on to your account via your cPanel?

It's parked and redirects to tlg.exofire.net and the domain root is public_html. In redirects it's permanent and with or without www and no wildcard.

Then you should be all set once DNS resolves.
