Still no access to account

Hi there

Since JUNE 14 my account has been suspended. I can log in to the control panel, but cannot access my web pages. I cannot open a ticket and get redirected to the forums instead. There I cannot find anything use- or helpful on how to go about getting my account unsuspended.

What should I do? Create a new account? I desperately need to upload the newest pages so my collegues at school can learn for the exam in OCTOBER. Please help
