Ok, I hate to make a third thread, but I'm not getting any solutions from anyone.
1. I have changed my password multiple times, but I still can't log in to cPanel.
2. I have tried logging in from several URLs (toadeh.net:2082, fris.x10hosting.com:2082, fris.x10hosting.com:2083). NONE of these work.
3. I have access via FTP using my old password, but not with the new one.
Please don't say "change your password and then after a successful log in add int.fris.x10hosting.com 69.175.6.94 to your remote hosts." I'm not getting a successful log in.
It's been a week since all of this troubleshooting began, and I can't help but get a little impatient. If you can't fix this problem for me individually, will it eventually be fixed on fris as a whole? I know I'm not the only one on fris with this problem.
