Still not working

Hi,

Been through the rigmarole ... Got suspended > got unsuspended ... just in time to be affected by the current domain issue > reported in thread http://forums.x10hosting.com/free-hosting/37272-nothing-working.html > was unsuspended > was then able to login to my account, only to find it marked as suspended again for unspecified reason > got into here http://staff.x10hosting.com/suspended.page/ > successfully unsuspended myself > returned to my account > successfully re-linked my domain

Latest: I can now access my account, but not my cPanel (Error "login failed"). And my x10 space appears to be empty (should be two-thirds full). My domain "works", but all I get
is a blank page with a couple of folders.

Appreciate all you guys are doing for free ...

I have the same problem.

I know all the admin are busy is there a way I can do it myself?

I reset your main domain to: fullofgraceandtruth.net It should work now.

Hi Corey,

Thanks for resetting the domain, but sadly it hasn't made any difference. Still can't get in to cPanel. Account still shows my data usage as 0%. And now if I try my domain in a browser window I get taken to to the http://absolute.x10hosting.com/suspended.page/ which takes me to http://www.staff.x10hosting.com/suspended.page/ . So it looks like I'm suspended again. But I know I'm not 'cos I'm "unsuspended" in the account page. And sure enough if I go through the check suspension reason process, it tells me I'm not suspended.

The two links you put in aneotoena's post don't shed any light either.
