I have been having some issues with my account. I did not realize that I need to log into x10 hosting FORUMS as well as just updating my site. I will do so from now on
I sent a request to fix this (the automatic unsuspension does not seem to work) a couple of weeks ago. You guys had made my site accessible but I could still not log into cpanel to update it.

Now it seems that both are down again (even though I have logged into forums just last week). Is it a technical problem on your part or am I doing something wrong? Please let me know if you can fix this, or should I look for a host elsewhere? I like your hosting (usually fast and ad-free) and would like to stay with you if I can.
