Still unable to login to cPanel even after being moved to stolinew

I noticed that my account has been moved from starka to stolinew. However, I'm still unable to login to my cPanel account using jamind as my username. I signed up for another account for my sister and that seems to work just fine with cPanel. Can someone help me out?

Login to account panel http://x10hosting.com/control/login.php . There you can change our Cpanel password. Try doing that.You will also find your cpanel link in your account panel.
