still waiting for FTP

I am not able to use FTP for a week. Site was moved from fris to chopin. Site is working now, it seems (sometimes not).

I don`t use the cPanel or SQL. It`s no need to worry about my backup. I want only access to my files by FTP, and then, I`ll do all by myself.
