Stoli down 404 + no files showing in cpanel + unanswered tickets

When this service is running right its simply the best but of late it seems to be every other day something breaks or service unobtainable ?

i know as end users we have to take into consideration all the upgrades taking place and the hard work that all the admins put in as well as the work corey does at the top but surely its not too much to ask to answer support tickets ?

ive had issues with my domain and other issues for nearly a fortnight ! with nothing answered?

please please please can we have a working server i.e stoli?

Stoli - SAN32 minutes ago

The SAN (Essentially, the server’s harddrive) for free hosting server Stoli has disconnected itself. Administration has been notified and we will update when it is back online.

Everyone’s files should remain intact.

events like these are happening awfully often these days..... Hope there isnt a major problem.... Not complaining, just an observation!! Hope it works soon
