stoli login problem

I am not able to https://stoli.x10hosting.com:2083/ (cpanel).
I get error
401 access denied.

But I am able to login x10hosting.com/control and as well as I am able to see my hosted site also.

Go to http://stoli.x10hosting.com:2082 and try login there with cPanel username and password.
