Stoli mysql issue again and internal error 500

This is a server issue not a permissions issue or .htaccess problem.
My permissions are correct and .htaccess is correct.
Problem comes and goes so not an issue with the scripts or anything else on the site.

It should be solved now, If not post the link where you are getting this error.
