Stoli offline... again?

Hi,

I have been having trouble accessing sites on Stoli (Ad-Enhanced server) for some time now - I keep getting 'The server is taking too long to respond' or 'The connection was reset' and on a few occasions, 'The connection was refused'. This is happening to kuusooyume.elementfx.com and digimongenesis.elementfx.com

It is quite annoying, as I recommended the site owners of these two sites to join here - and now I'm getting constantly complained at by them because their sites are more often than not, offline. It is almost impossible to run a successful forum community when many of your members can't get on because of the server being down - something that makes people want to move on to other sites.

So... Is this because of server maintenance? Just there doesn't seem to be any up-to-date announcements regarding Stoli in terms of maintenance.

I think you (x10) are a really good hosting company, and your server speeds are great - just the repeated downtime is really beginning to get annoying...

Erm... There is nothing in the news section that would explain this issue. If you are referring to the PHP upgrading - I have been having these problems before, and after, the PHP upgrading.

Basically, the server is repeatedly going offline - leaving all sites connected to it as being inaccessible. I ask again - is there any reason why the server should be non-responsive for more than 50% of the time?

It's just frustrating that the server should keep dropping out for periods of 10 to 20 minutes at a time, and at least every hour. Is this to do with the server being overloaded? Or is there anything happening that we should be aware of? (...something that isn't mentioned in the news section...)
