STOLI offline - my sites offline

I can't access my website - an XMB-based forums on Stoli (here). As well as this, another site I help run (here) which uses IPB 2.3.1 is offline. Whenever I try to go to either sites, I get a message like this:

Failed to Connect

Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at digimongenesis.elementfx.com.

Though the site seems valid, the browser was unable to establish a connection.

• Could the site be temporarily unavailable? Try again later.
• Are you unable to browse other sites? Check the computer's network connection.
• Is your computer or network protected by a firewall or proxy? Incorrect settings can interfere with Web browsing.

Why is this? Also, this is not the first time the sites have been offline and there's been no mention of it on the news boards. I've checked, and the last update was for back when the cPanels were being upgraded...

It may only be free hosting, but if the sites are down then the adverts aren't being shown and if the adverts aren't being shown then no revenue is being earned so it's in you best interests to fix this ASAP

I've just checked the server status page, and it says that HTTP, MySQL and SMTP are down for Stoli. Why is this? And can it please be fixed? Thanks muchly.

In other news, the MySQL for all the free servers is down as well - just thought you might want to know...
