Stoli problems???

Hello. I just wanted to ask are there any problems with stoli because from couple of days I managed to connect just for an hour through FTP and from yesterday I can't log in in cPanel. Actually I do log in however cPanel never loads to the end and there are no menus to select. I tried different browsers (using Opera by default) but it seems that either the connection is limited in some way or very slow. I am sure it is not my side (I contacted my ISP and they said they are not limiting connections to your address). All other resources and sites I am opening without problem even the forum. I've read there will be FTP reinstall process, but this was some days ago and as I said is not just the FTP connection missing.

There should be a lot of technical problems with stoli. My site is down all day? Please give me any info Or if there are other users on stoli is everything fine with their accounts?

A little update:

My site is back, however the FTP is not working fine - connection is really slow and I manage to connect after 5th time.
