Dear Sir, Madam,
Since several days the problem occurs that i can not connect to cPanel, FTP and Webmail. I receive the error that The server at stoli.x10hosting.com is taking too long to respond (in Firefox). I read that the Lotus server is having some trouble but not the Stoli server.
I can access every other page, like other users with *.x10hosting.com sites, except my own. When i change my ip-adres i can watch my site (marto.x10hosting.com) but still can't connect to the other services like cPanel. I heard that there was something that blocked my IP on the server. Could you fix it for me?

The day before i couldn't access cPanel and the rest of my site I uploaded Joomla (With SmartFTP). There were a lot of files and a lot of connecting involved. That is the only thing i can think of.
